Congresses/Seminars, in short: Events
Please notify us of the exact number of participants of your event 10 days prior to the start of the event. This number of participants will serve as our calculation basis for supplies during coffee breaks, meals and individual orders.

Cancellations of events up to six weeks prior to the event are free of charge. Cancellations of events that occur 6 to 3 weeks prior to the event will be charged at 50 % of the booked services. Cancellations less than 3 weeks prior to the event will be charged at 90 % of the booked services.
